Own onboarding for new CXOkit customers - mapping their existing controls and frameworks into the platform, training their teams, and making sure the first audit cycle inside CXOkit goes smoothly.
- Experience in customer success, implementation, or consulting for B2B SaaS
- Comfortable talking to CISOs, auditors, and compliance leads
- Organized enough to run multiple onboarding projects in parallel
- Bonus: background in GRC, audit, or information security
